• By purchasing tickets to this event, you are authorizing this charge and acknowledging these Terms and Conditions.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the event is cancelled by the organizer or venue. There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges.  The event will occur, rain or shine.
• When outside your vehicle, you and your guests must wear self-provided masks and maintain proper social distancing.
• Possession and/or consumption of alcohol at the venue is strictly prohibited.
• By participating in this event, you and your guests acknowledge that the Billy DeFrank LGBTQ+ Community Center, the Silicon Valley / San Francisco LGBTQ ERG Alliance, the venue and its parent companies, affiliates or subsidiaries, are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property and assume no liability related to participation.
• Photography and social media postings are encouraged. However, video and audio recording is strictly prohibited.
• A portion of your contribution may be tax deductible. Please check with your tax advisor.
