Having a family member, child, spouse, partner, or other loved one go through transition can be difficult and comes with a unique set of challenges that most folks don't really comprehend.  Come join the Northern California Trans Partners and Family support group at the DeFrank Center the first Monday of each month from 7:30 - 9 pm.
